“LIC’s e-Services” under the option which says “Online Services.”
Select “Registered user” and log in.

Select on the tab labeled “Consolidated Premium Paid Statement.”
Step 4.
Click on the “Consolidated Premium Paid Statement’ tab.”
The next page will ask you what year or years of the policy for which
you require the premium statement.

You will need to answer the security questions to access your account.
Answer the questions and click on ‘Submit’ to get to your premium
paid statement.

You will now be asked if you wish to download a receipt from LIC Premium
Select “Yes” to get your statement on your PC and then print it out for your
reference.
